Tiny USB Office is an office suite, just as are MS Office and OpenOffice.org, but unlike the latter and most renowned collections of programs, features occupy very little disk space, all it takes less than 2, 5 Mb and is designed to be used directly from a USB stick.
Do not think however that the small size of this office suite is translated into a number of features a tight, Tiny USB Office is supplying tools for:
- encrypt data and create databases;
- manage e-mail;
- create compressed archives;
- transfer and share files;
- create PDF documents;
- erase files;
- PixaMSN communicate with the client;
- compile spreadsheets;
- editing text;
- launch programs.
Many features in a small space thanks to a collection of programs available for free and used freely. Designed initially for use by Floppy Disk, the collection was originally known as FloppyOffice.
